As the founder of GEF’s Procurement & Supply Chain Advisory Practice, Graeme is a recognized international leader in public sector procurement.

‍He has spoken on innovative procurement at numerous international conferences most recently in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2024, 2025.

In addition, Graeme has published multiple articles on advanced and alternate procurement methods.

Graeme has overseen hundreds of GEF procurement-related business transformation advisory projects. These projects have involved both complex procurement processes and organizational transformation projects.  

What sets Graeme apart is he is an expert practitioner in program & project management, public sector procurement and complex business and digital transformation. Simply put, Graeme holds a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver large-scale strategic consulting assignments successfully.

Graeme’s entrepreneurial background is underpinned by a Bachelor of Engineering and Management (B. Eng. Mgmt) from McMaster University, he is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Business “Supply Chain Strategy and Management” Program and he is also a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.), Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Project Management Professional (PMP).  

Graeme is presently completing the Executive Diploma in Strategy & Innovation at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, a postgraduate program focused on advanced strategic leadership and innovation management.  Graeme resides in Toronto with his wife and two sons.
